A 12-month journey into your body, your energy, your desires, and the parts of yourself you may have learned to silence along the way.
This is about reconnecting with your womb, releasing what no longer belongs to you, and remembering the power that has been yours all along.
Be good.
Be quiet.
Be agreeable.
Be easy to love.
Put everyone else first.
Don’t ask for too much.
Don’t you dare take up too much space.
Somewhere along the way, those rules can become so familiar that we stop questioning them. We start calling them our personality, our responsibility, and our reality.
And eventually, we can find ourselves disconnected from our bodies, our desires, our intuition, and the parts of us that know what we actually want.
This is where the work begins.
You don't need fixed.
You're not becoming someone else.
But with getting curious about what you’ve been carrying and deciding what you’re ready to put down.

Womb Healing is a journey of reconnecting with your Womb and
developing a deeper relationship with your body, feminine energy, and inner wisdom.
Over 12 months, we work intentionally through practices
designed to bring awareness to the wounds, patterns and imprints that may be influencing how you experience yourself, your relationships, sexuality, creativity and life.
Within the Womb Healing framework, the Womb is understood as more than a physical organ; she is also an energetic center connected to our lived experiences, ancestral patterns and deeper layers of ourselves.
Through this work, we create space to listen to what she is
communicating, tend to what is ready to heal or transform, and
reconnect with the wisdom and life-force already within you.
This isn't about fixing your Womb or forcing something to be released.
It is about creating a relationship with her and allowing that
relationship to deepen, heal and become embodied over time.
Feel disconnected from your body, womb, or desires
Have a hard time knowing what you want
Find yourself constantly prioritizing everyone else
Carry shame or discomfort around your body or femininity
Feel stuck in patterns you understand intellectually but struggle to change
Want to explore ancestral or inherited beliefs
Feel drawn to embodiment and energy work
Are navigating grief, transition, growth, or a major life shift
Want to reconnect with your intuition and inner knowing
Are ready to explore what it means to feel more at home in yourself
You do not need to have everything figured out.
You do not need to know exactly what you need to heal.
You just need to be willing to begin listening.
You are not broken.
You are not too much.
You are not behind.
And you do not have to rush through your healing to make someone else comfortable.
This work is about creating space to meet yourself where you are.
To understand the stories that shaped you.
To feel what you’ve been avoiding.
To release what you’re ready to release.
And to begin making choices that feel more aligned with the woman you are now.
There may be grief here.
There may be anger.
There may be relief.
There may be parts of you that are ready to be seen for the first time.
You do not have to force the process.
You are allowed to move at the pace of your own body.

I am not here to fix you.
I am here to hold space while you remember yourself.
I’ve walked the path of pain, disconnection, and trying to find my worth in the eyes of others. I’ve moved through trauma, numbness, and the stories that told me I was too much or not enough.
Through my own unraveling and reclamation, I found the medicine that now lives in my hands, my voice, my womb, and my presence.
My passion is guiding women back to the sacred within their own bodies and toward the truths they may have forgotten along the way.
Through womb healing, Reiki, energy medicine, ancestral work, and soul-centered practices, I hold space for women as they explore what it means to come back to themselves.
You do not need to arrive with all the answers.
You only need to be willing to meet yourself honestly.
More freedom.
More trust.
More space to feel what you feel and want what you want.
You are allowed to question the rules you inherited.
You are allowed to release the versions of yourself you created to survive.
And you are allowed to discover what becomes possible when you stop abandoning yourself.
