Acknowledgment and Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using any hypnosis recordings provided by EmBodhi Shakti, LLC ("the Company") through this website, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Voluntary Participation:
   I understand that participation in hypnosis recordings is completely voluntary. I confirm that I am of legal age (18 years or older) and am fully capable of making decisions regarding my personal mental and physical well-being.

2. Not a Substitute for Medical or Psychological Care:
   I acknowledge that hypnosis recordings are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychological counseling, or therapy. I agree that I will not use these recordings as a replacement for any health care I am currently receiving.

3. Personal Responsibility:
   I understand that I am responsible for ensuring I am in a safe and appropriate environment while listening to the recordings. I will not listen to the recordings while driving, operating machinery, or engaging in any activity that requires full attention and alertness.

4. No Guarantees:
   I acknowledge that while hypnosis recordings may offer benefits such as relaxation or personal insight, the Company makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results.

5. Assumption of Risk:
   I fully assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with using these recordings. I release and hold harmless EmBodhi Shakti, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of my use of the recordings.

6. Confidentiality and Use:
   I understand that these recordings are for personal use only. I agree not to distribute, reproduce, share, or use them for commercial purposes without written consent from EmBodhi Shakti, LLC.

7. Legal Jurisdiction:
   This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Dakota, USA. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this waiver shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in North Dakota, USA.
