The Softening Pack Digital Product Agreement

By purchasing and accessing The Softening Pack, a digital product created and sold by EmBodhi Shakti, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “purchaser”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.
1. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of The Softening Pack, all sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or transfers will be issued for any reason once your purchase is complete.
By purchasing this product, you acknowledge that you have reviewed all available information and determined that this offering is aligned with your needs. If you have any questions prior to purchase, you are encouraged to reach out before completing your transaction.
2. Liability Release
You understand and agree that by engaging with The Softening Pack, you are voluntarily participating in self-guided hypnotherapy and nervous system support at your own risk. You acknowledge that these recordings are not a substitute for mental health counseling, medical care, psychiatric services, or crisis intervention. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological conditions.
By purchasing this product, you fully release and hold harmless Brittany Moore, EmBodhi Shakti, LLC, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and collaborators from any and all claims, damages, liability, injury, loss, or harm, whether foreseeable or not, that may arise from your participation in or use of this product.
You understand that individual results are not guaranteed, and your use of this product is entirely voluntary and based on your own discernment. You agree to assume full responsibility for your mental, physical, and emotional well-being during and after use of the product.
3. Scope of Support
This product is for educational and personal development purposes only. You understand that purchasing The Softening Pack does not establish a therapeutic or coaching relationship between you and Brittany Moore or EmBodhi Shakti, LLC.
If you are currently experiencing a mental health crisis, are under the care of a medical professional, or have a history of trauma that may be activated by hypnosis or somatic practices, we strongly recommend that you consult with your licensed provider before engaging with this product.
4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All content within The Softening Pack — including but not limited to audio recordings, scripts, PDFs, branding, and language — is the sole property of EmBodhi Shakti, LLC and is protected under copyright law.
You may not share, distribute, reproduce, sell, or use any portion of this product for commercial purposes. This purchase grants you individual, non-transferable access for personal use only.
5. Acknowledgement & Consent
By checking the box at checkout and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to all of the terms above. You affirm that you are at least 18 years old, and that you are purchasing this product of your own free will, with full responsibility for your experience.
