The Good Girl learned the rules long before you were old enough to question them. She learned what earned praise, what kept connection intact, which parts of herself were easiest for others to receive and who she needed to become to feel loved, accepted or safe. And somewhere along the way, those rules may have stopped feeling like rules at all. They simply became who you thought you were.

The Good Girl Funeral is a full-day online retreat for six women ready to explore the woman they learned they needed to be, honor why she existed and begin creating space for the woman they are now.

Throughout our day together, we’ll explore where your Good Girl came from, what she learned to protect and how those old rules may still be shaping your relationships, boundaries, needs, choices and relationship with yourself. We’ll move beyond simply understanding these patterns intellectually through a combination of conversation, education, somatic work, hypnosis, reflection and ritual.

And yes, we’re actually giving her a funeral and not because she was bad or because we need to destroy her. This is about honoring the woman who figured out how to get you here while recognizing that she doesn’t have to decide where you go next.

This isn’t a full day of sitting on Zoom listening to me talk. It’s a retreat. There will be space to learn, feel, explore, move, integrate and step away throughout the day, including a full hour for lunch. With only six women in the room, the experience is intentionally intimate while still allowing you to participate at the depth that feels right for you.
